Welcome to CodeFyn Software Solutions. By accessing or using our software development services, mobile applications, web platforms, or desktop solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

CodeFyn Software Solutions provides comprehensive software development services including:

• Web Application Development
• Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
• Desktop Application Development
• AI Integration Services
• Cross-platform solutions using Flutter, Python, Django, Dart
• Custom software solutions and consulting

• Clients must provide accurate project requirements and specifications
• Timely feedback and communication during development cycles
• Payment adherence as per agreed milestones
• Confidentiality of proprietary development materials

All source code, designs, documentation, and intellectual property developed by CodeFyn remain our property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership transfers to the client as per agreement.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to project complexity
• Clients have 7 days from delivery to report issues or request modifications
• Acceptance criteria must be clearly defined in project scope

• 30% advance payment for project initiation
• 40% upon milestone completion
• 30% upon project delivery and acceptance
• All payments in INR unless otherwise specified

Either party may terminate engagement with 15 days written notice. Work completed until termination date will be invoiced proportionally.

CodeFyn's total liability shall not exceed the total project fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
