Payment & Refund

• 50% Retainer: Required upfront to secure technical resources.
• 50% Final Settlement: Due upon project completion prior to source delivery.
• All valuations are processed in INR (₹) unless international wire terms apply.

We strive for absolute client satisfaction, but understand that priorities change:

• Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled after initiation, the retainer is non-refundable but can be converted into service credits for future work.
• Partial Refunds: May be issued at our sole discretion if development work has not reached the first milestone stage.
• Subscription Services: Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
