01 1. Refund Eligibility
CodeFyn Software Solutions offers refunds under specific circumstances:
Eligible for Refund
- Project cancellation before development commencement (advance payment refundable minus 10% processing fee)
- Failure to deliver project as per agreed specifications
- Technical incompatibility not disclosed during proposal
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
Non-Refundable
- Completed development work and delivered milestones
- Custom development work where coding has commenced
- Third-party tool/licenses/costs already incurred
- Maintenance and support services already rendered
- Projects where requirements changed mid-development
02 2. Project Cancellation
- Client may cancel project with 7 days written notice
- Work completed until cancellation date will be invoiced
- Advance payment refund processed within 15 working days
- All project materials and code remain CodeFyn property until full payment
03 3. Refund Process Timeline
1. Refund request submission via email to support@codefyn.com 2. Verification and approval within 5 working days 3. Refund processing within 10 working days post-approval 4. Refund credited to original payment method
04 4. Dispute Resolution
- Technical disputes reviewed by our quality assurance team
- Client must provide detailed documentation of issues
- We offer revision cycles to address genuine concerns
- Mediation option available for unresolved disputes
05 5. Special Circumstances
- Force majeure events affecting project delivery
- Client bankruptcy or business closure
- Mutual agreement for project termination
